My Actifit Report Card: June 1 2024

According to long-range weather forecasts here in England, we can expect a very wet summer. 😒 Nothing different there then!

We will have to see. But that is not going to dampen my spirits. I will still manage to take occasional bike rides in between the rainy days. That's my plan.

But back to today, where we were busy moving furniture around and generally rearranging things. A shopping trip too, and a nice coffee into the bargain.

Not a record step count, but with a planned mountain bike ride tomorrow and work days coming up that will be put right for the current @poliac season.

We didn't move furniture around, but after a few chores, our day was similar to yours; shopping and a lovely coffee on the way home!

It's rainy and cool here as well; something we call June-uary! Sounds like you might have the same thing going on. Nice job with your 8983 @actifit steps for the day. Take care and I hope you get that bike ride in!

Ah! Yes, I think we could add "uary" on the end of nearly every month here 😀.

That bike ride is a priority, I have no excuses and as I rise this morning the sky is clear! Oh Yes! 😁
