My Actifit Report Card: August 7 2023

The sun was already rising when I arrived at work this morning. Slightly chilly again as it has been lately. By the time my colleague and I had loaded up our first consignment of catering and set off for the airport, the sun was well up above the horizon and it was glorious out there.

I just stood there and admired the view for a while and took some pictures. In summer we usually get a long period of sunny hot weather which makes it uncomfortable working out in it but this year that has not happened.... yet! 🤔

Perhaps it will come, there's still time but I doubt if there's enough power left in the sun for this year. I reckon we will have a so called Indian summer this year. We'll see.

Another good step count and lots of walking today. 🥵
