1️⃣ We Women have multiple phases in our life where we go through hormonal imbalance, like monthly menstruation, pregnancy, menopause. Not only our physical but our mental health also gets impacted. Share with us, how do you take care of these sensitive times and take care of your physical and mental health?

Hmmmmmmmm I would want us to know first about what health is before moving in briefly into what I actually have for us today concerning the topic for this week contest in ladies of Hive.Health is a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.

Actually I have been once diagnosed of hormonal imbalance and trust me it wasn't really funny at all I cried in pain almost feeling depressed because I wasn't expecting it at all but I had to start making a lot of treatments taking my drugs as instructed in order to get myself in check. Because I'm an expectant mum who is wanting to have a baby soon been married for two years no child so painful but I believe soon I will have mine.

Whenever I'm on my menstrual flow that's the time I find it so interesting to rest because it comes with a lot of pain feeling tired and weak and in order to ease off my pains a boiled hot water put in a bucket and sit on it does a great comfortability because most persons usually throw up while on their menstrual flow not knowing the actual way to follow up with it.

How to improve on my mental health during my menstrual flow

  • getting enough sleep is the most vital medicine for easing up stress and pains too during our menstrual flow.
  • exercise, having a healthy diet and making practices on yoga goes a long way too.
  • getting creative ideas that would help your minds relax.

However, soon I know I am going to be a mother but with the little knowledge on how a pregnant woman should take care of herself is making sure of taking her routine drugs as instructed follow up with fruits, veggies and all. also relaxation as well as sleeping in other to calm down her nerves being happy as always with the little of time to time exercise.
