Hey dear actifitters and readers,

Here comes a short update about my day yesterday.

I did some work in homeoffice. I did mainly some preparations for our meeting at the companies HQ for today.

I started at 3 pm with an three our drive to the company.

I arrived safely and made a short stop at a supermarket to get some food.

After the check in in the hotel I went for a short walk and spent the evening watching TV.

After all the actifit app counted over 13000 steps for that day.
