Cycling and Health.

Childhood Story of a Cyclist (1).png

To be fit, we need to be physically active in any sports activities which bring us to cycling. In the ancient world, there's some sort of immortality in humans that the modern world humans can never get. There's a higher possibility that people of this age won't last up to 100 or more years to the people in ancient times, and this I believe has to do with our health.

The moment you set your foot on a bicycle pedal and hold on to the handle bar, the need for exercise comes naturally with the use of bicycles which the inventor of cars, airplanes and all can never give. Cycling brought people together in the community, and you'd see youngsters and old men on their bicycle pedaling on it with a smile on their lips because of the fun it brings. Cycling is a low impact exercise that creates that fun atmosphere and fit for anyone, and the most amazing part of it all is that it is cheaper. Owning a bicycle does help with one's health and keeps you fit without stressing about exercising, which is cool.

Imagine having flawless skin, beauty, and good health due to cycling? It was and still is indeed beautiful. Cycling helps you take in water, which in turn helps our body to be healthy. The sweat that comes out of the skin pores after taking red meat and any other food that can cause fat and can lead to stroke, heart attack, cancer, and obesity can be worked on through cycling which is a big way to look at things. Cycling gives a big hint to living a healthy and fit life, and it is recommended by doctors(me, hehe) as a form of exercise.

There's a big beauty in riding a bicycle. I don't know about you, but whenever I find myself on my bicycle, It always feels like I am free. Yes, it gave and still gives me that sense of freedom, good stamina, and strength. Ever since I started cycling as a kid, I have always found it fun and relaxing, and it creates a healthy lifestyle for me without even stressing out on exercise.

The life of a cyclist is fun and very active, and you can go on cycling wherever you want. I got to see a video clip from Twitter of a cyclist who got to cycle around the world's largest salt in Salar de Uyuni, and seeing that made my heart leap. The fun part of it is superb, and then the healthy part is much more.

HI, @balikis95, the truth is that in my city there are a lot of slopes, as well as little tradition of cycling. But I'm sure these are just excuses not to do sport. Have a great day and keep having fun riding your bike!

Lol. You know cycling is sports as explained in the posy, right? Some people may not agree, but it is a very fun sport that helps the body and gets us healthy.
