6 Interesting features of Google One

I have been using Google One for quite some time. Even though I have not used all the features that it is offering, today I wanted to read more to find out what other features Google One was offering along with the extra storage that it provides me. The first reason why I had to start using Google One was because my storage memory was running out of space. 15 GB was no longer sufficient and I was trying to remove files for a few months I got tired and wanted to purchase a Google One subscription.

Today I learnt that Google One has 6 attractive features that we can use as a subscriber.

Photos editing

Along with Google One, we get an advanced photo editing feature that is very helpful in editing our photos. These are some of the features that are not available in the normal plan. Only if we switch to a paid plan, these features are enabled for us. I read a lot that this is an interesting feature and it does magic on our photos. I want to try this out soon.

Gemini

This is something similar to ChatGPT where we can use that as our assistant to ask questions and get answers. This is available with the premium plan. This plan also gives 2 TB storage. There are so many advantages that Gemini is providing to the advanced users.

More storage

Based on the plan that we have selected, we will get additional cloud storage. This is primarily one of the reasons why people purchase Google One and all other features are just an added advantage. At least I started using Google One only for this very reason. The free plan offers only 15 GB of space and these days everything is high in space and Google currently is not in the plan to increase the base limit of 15 GB.

Backups

There is a facility to take automatic backups of our entire phone with the help of Google One. This feature is available to Google One users. This backup is everything, especially the entire phone backup and we can restore them when we move to another phone. Having a backup is always good because we will never know what can happen.

10% off on Google store purchases

As an additional offer, we get 10% off on things we purchase in Google Store. I don't know how many people purchase from Google Store but this is a great offer. If anyone would be willing to purchase from the Google Store, this option can be considered and used.

Family sharing

It is not just us who can use the additional space and features of Google One. We can share it with up to 5 members of the family. If not for family members if we would like to share this with our friends, we can easily share it and also share the cost with our friends. Up to 5 accounts can use a single subscription. It can either be a friend or a family member.
