A little Rap never hurt anyone (Ttt)
Today started out like every other day, but it got interesting quite quickly thanks to some of my friends from the city of Neoxian. Hanging out with them is always fun and today's music event which started somewhat slowly got interesting as time went on. Other than that the day was also quite productive as I was able to handle a lot of things I'd been pushing back for some time now.
Since today is Tuesday as usual I'll be sharing three songs I enjoy that I'd like you to listen to.
For this week's three tune Tuesday I decided to go a little different. I'm going to be sharing some rap songs I enjoy.
The rap genre is pretty dynamic and that's something I love about it. Various rappers have their style that works for them, some morph and change over time, some don't.
The first song I'll be sharing is Pride is the Devil by J. Cole ft Lil baby.
J. Cole is an artist I love because his songs tend to convey messages (I really like music with deep lyrics) while still having that chill vibe that allows you to enjoy the song. This lesson in this song is pretty self explanatory from the name. Cole is telling us to be humble.
The second song I'll be sharing is called Look at me now by Chris Brown ft Lil Wayne and Busta Rhymes.
I added this one because today during the music event in the city of Neoxian @protokkol rapped Busta Rhymes' verse from this song. We were all stunned by how good he was. To think he'd been hiding his rapping ability from us all this while. The song is just vibes.
The third song I'll be sharing is called Wants and Needs by Drake and Lil Baby
Drake's style of rap is different from others. Some would say Drake doesn't rap but Traps, but to me Trap is still rap. His style is unique, and sometimes in his songs he'll just totally change the beat to something else from the blue (almost as though he just freestyles), but I still enjoy it. This is not one of those songs where he does that change of pace, but I really like this one because of Lil Baby's verse. The flow in that part is Top notch for me. The beat as well, chef's kiss.

Busta rhymes used to be my role model back then😄 but when i heard he wasn't actually the fastest rapper I was wowed.
