Create Faceless Videos with a Face...
If you don't want to have your face in front of the camera but would like to generate video content that shows a human being all the same, AI can help you.
In this video, I show you how I created a faceless video with a face on it using the service: https://www.heygen.com/. I'm using the free tier to do this little video to try out the service and show you what is possible.
With this service, it's even possible to generate your own personal avatar and to clone your voice, so that you can create videos of yourself without filming at all.

It's quite mindblowing I believe to see the result and realize that it's not a real person :-)
It's an interesting tool, and I agree that having a face does help make things more relatable. I think that is why a lot of people streaming put their face there, whereas you don't see it as much in Youtube videos.
We are by nature more sensitive to faces. Therefore such videos are definitely more appealing than videos where you have no face at all.
Well, that's very interesting. At the moment I can recognize that it's an AI because the hand movements look strange, but it's hard to predict what might happen in the years to come. It will be very easy to fool people this way.
Google just released their latest model in the US called VEO 3 and it becomes very hard to realize that it's an ai creation...
On the flip side, imagine the AI deepfakes that people are using nowadays to scam others. It's going to become harder and harder to verify anything in the future!

Wow! A few years ago, I was amazed when I saw some cartoon avatars when people would do gaming streams... lol... This is completely another level! 😱
The fronteer between creation and reality is blurring and it get's quite tricky to recongnize what has been created with AI.
The problem I see here is the lack of authenticity - the very thing that makes people human. These are art videos with art people and art voices and art movements. If everyone does it, everything is the same and nothing is special anymore. But we real people are looking for the real and true. I predict that channels that go down this path will not be successful in the long run because we humans will turn away from them.
The technology is evolving so fast that it will become almost impossible to differentiate what is real and what is fake. Some people predict that within a couple of years most influencers on social media will be ai's...
