One of my current goals is to start buying stocks where I spend my money. I used to work at Walmart but didn't get enough hours to qualify for benefits or stock options, however I would have been wise to purchase Walmart stock back then.

At least if I can begin matching my purchases with investments, I will accumulate a few stock shares of the company now.
If I can spend as much as I spend buying stuff, owning the companies where I spend my money, I think I will be better off in the future.
Walmart has been a very good investment over the past few decades. Good luck with the coming ones, they don’t look bad either.
Btw, when did you work for them? Like as a Shop Assistant?
I Started in Seasonal, then I was in Housewares, then added Hardware, then worked my way up to Electronics the second summer. It was an experience.
