Bella was heartbroken, but she didn't give up on her dream. She got a job as a nurse's aide at a local hospital, and she saved every kobo she could. She also continued to study, and she eventually passed the entrance exam for medical school.
Bella was thrilled to finally be on her way to achieving her dream. But her journey was far from over. Medical school was challenging, and she had to work hard to keep up. Despite the challenges, Bella persevered. She graduated from medical school at the top of her class. She then went on to complete her residency and housemanship at prestigious hospitals overseas which she never thought could happen.
