We had an amazing experience in the office yesterday. This session happened yesterday. A couple of weeks back we all got an invitation about this session. I was only 50 / 50 about this. But I'm always up for any new challenge or experiences. The invitation also mentioned that those was for the health. After seeing that I was totally in.

The session started with a small brief on what will happen in the session. The importance of self care was the major topic of the session. We are very busy on our day to day life. It can be either work or family. Anything can keep us busy and when we are very busy we don't worry much about our health. This session was to take a pause and spend some time to calm our mind and listen our body. It started very well.
As the session continued they also explained in detail about how sound plays a very important role. How each frequency of sound is connected to each emotion of an individual. Based on the level of thoughts and what an individual need they grasp a particular sound. The session started with a guided meditation. I remember going meditation about 10 years back. Since then I did not yet to do any meditation. Today because of this session I did some meditation and the experience was entirely different.
With that experience from meditation, we were asked to lie down and relax our mind. Calm down our mind. The musical instruments specific for this purpose was played. I think those are Tibetan instruments for sounds and vibrations. The instructor asked everyone to listen and if they happen to sleep to that sound he said nothing wrong. I slept started hearing a lot of snoring sounds. After a point I even started hearing my own snoring sounds but whenever the sound changed I woke up again and started listening to the sounds again.
Overall it was an amazing experience and one important lesson that I learned from this session today is that I should be spending more time with myself. We all keep running for a happy life tomorrow but we keep forgetting that today also have a life to live. We should take more time to spend on our own peace of mind and health. This is the major takeaway for many people including me.
