Success of a business is in solving a real world problem

I have worked with multiple clients in the last 15 years in my day job. I have also worked on multiple projects. Apart from these, I have also worked on many community projects and explorations. My basic understanding is that our efforts become fruit only when we solve a real-world problem. I have worked on so many projects, and not all of them were a big hit. I have come up with many new ideas, and those ideas did not even cross the stage of POC. Some ideas are still in my head and never ever had a chance to reach even the POC stage.

It is always a surprise that some projects where we don't really have any big hopes become one of the best projects and are very welcoming. We would have done it casually and would not have had huge hopes on them, but still, it creates an impact. It is very hard to understand how this is happening, but in general, only projects where we don't give more weightage become a hit, and later we start putting our efforts. I have also had several such casual projects that took off at unexpected times. Too much planning usually ruins.

Today, with the help of AI, everybody has the tools they require to build something. Today, we are able to ship things to production faster than we used to. But with this speed, are the businesses reaching any success? I don't think so. The main reason is that the focus is still on the problem-solving part and not on all the fancy things that we can do with the help of AI and technology. The focus itself is brought only if we are able to understand the core problem and come up with a solution.

Competition has also increased now. People are ready with different types of solutions, and ultimately, only the best solutions win the customers. Creativity is something that can be an added advantage. By creativity, I don't mean the look and feel or the UX, but creativity used in solving the problem itself. Using the right tools, solving the problem, and also making it a highly cost-effective solution is the thing that is creating the demand right now. With the help of technology, people would like to reduce the production and operational costs but still keep the high-quality products.
