Fortunately, yesterday I was able to pay for the domain cryptocompany.ceo for the next year.

Actually, this post would go on here. However, I have decided to first hold a dialog with a few trusted Hivians and people who have offered their support to discuss the current situation, get advice and possibly help improve the current situation for CryptoCompany and the community around it.
As attentive observers have noticed, CryptoCompany has been dealt a few hard blows recently. For example, the loss of over 100,000 HP in delegation or the shutdown of the CryptoCompany Voting Service - and thus a currently important use case of the CCD - by 2 Hive oligarchs.
The fact that my graphics card has been restarting the computer under load for a few days now and cannot be replaced by me financially tops the situation. Quite apart from the extremely high workload for me over the last 3 years or the fragile circumstance that as soon as I am forced to take a break (for example due to an accident), CryptoCompany and the community around it has a problem.

Eigentlich würde dieses Posting hier noch weitergehen. Ich habe mich jedoch dazu entschlossen, erst einen Dialog mit ein paar vertrauten Hivians und Menschen abzuhalten, welche ihre Unterstützung offeriert haben, um die aktuelle Situation zu besprechen, mir Rat einzuholen und mit eventueller Hilfestellung die aktuelle Situation für CryptoCompany und der Gemeinschaft darum zu verbessern.
Wie aufmerksame Beobachter mitbekommen haben, hat CryptoCompany in letzter Zeit ein paar hart treffende Schläge abbekommen. Als Beispiel seien zu nennen der Wegfall von über 100.000 HP an Delegation oder die Abschaltung des CryptoCompany Voting Service - und somit einem aktuell wichtigen Anwendungsfall des CCD - durch 2 Hive-Oligarchen.
Das meine Grafikkarte seit ein paar Tagen bei Belastung den Computer neustartet und finanziell von mir nicht austauschbar ist, toppt die Situation. Mal ganz abgesehen von der extrem hohen Arbeitsbelastung für mich die letzten 3 Jahre oder dem fragilen Umstand, das sobald ich in eine Pause gezwungen werde (zum Beispiel durch einen Unfall), CryptoCompany und die Gemeinschaft darum, ein Problem hat.

Other Hive projects would be at the point where they would give up. Not me. Personally, I'm not the type to do that. But also, I've given my word to the community around CryptoCompany, but also to myself - no matter how hard some blows are; the last thing I lose is my honor.
So instead of throwing in the towel, I used the downtime caused by a motorcycle accident (read on my private blog @PowerPaul) to also analyze what exactly the problematic factors are within the current approach, how I could fix them and improve future actions. However, I would want to discuss this with a group of capable Hivians beforehand. Possibly as a (public) meeting, possibly as an internal chat group - I will discuss this with the relevant Hivians. In any case, the results and the adjustments made will become public. Should a meeting be public to allow general participation, I will publish the date here and in the Discord.
Tough times. Loser types would decide to lose now. Not me. I take this as an impulse for improvement. Every super-optimal circumstance is the starting point for improvement - if you take it that way.

Andere Hive-Projekte wären an dem Punkt, wo sie aufgeben würden. Ich nicht. Da bin ich persönlich nicht der Typ dafür. Aber auch habe ich der Gemeinschaft rund um CryptoCompany mein Wort gegeben, aber auch mir selbst - und seien manche Schläge noch so hart; das Letzte was ich verliere, ist meine Ehre.
Statt also die Flinte ins Korn zu werfen, habe ich die Ausfallzeit, verursacht durch einen Motorradunfall (zu lesen auf meinem privaten Blog @PowerPaul), genutzt, um auch zu analysieren, was genau die problematischen Faktoren innerhalb des aktuellen Vorgehens sind, wie ich diese beheben könnte und zukünftiges Handeln verbessern kann. Dies würde ich aber zuvor mit einer Gruppe aus fähigen Hivians besprechen wollen. Eventuell als (öffentliches) Meeting, eventuell als interne Chatgruppe - dies werde ich mit entsprechenden Hivians besprechen. In jedem Fall werden die Resultate und die damit gefällten Anpassungen öffentlich werden. Sollte ein Meeting öffentlich sein, um allgemeine Mitwirkung zu ermöglichen, werde ich den Termin hier und im Discord publizieren.
Harte Zeiten. Verlierertypen würden sich jetzt entscheiden zu verlieren. Ich nicht. Ich nehme dies als Impuls für Verbesserung. Jeder sup-optimale Umstand ist der Ausgangspunkt für Verbesserungen - wenn man es so annimmt.

100K HP delegations down but the delegations that are left are from those who believe in you and the project, and this shows that you have a support base that believes in you and your project.
