If we eat food after cleaning our hands, there is never a possibility of spreading germs. Moreover, if those who prepare food in the family are clean and then start preparing food, then the food is completely safe.

After waking up at five, our first task is to go to the washroom and freshen up. Because due to sleeping all night, our urine and feces accumulate inside the stomach. In that case, we should definitely wake up early in the morning, go to the washroom to freshen up, and then brush our teetthed drink water.

Now we must exercise in the morning. Morning exercise has a huge impact on our lives. Especially for controlling high blood pressure and solving problems like diabetes, exercise for everyone plays a very important role. So we should do it in the morning regularly, and it makes the body's blood circulation flow better.

You must sleep properly every day. You have to go to bed when the sun sets and you have to wake up before the sun rises.

Apart from that, there are several other things. However, I have informed you about the things and if you follow those things, I hope you will not have any major disease. However, apart from this, we must eat a balanced diet and eat foods like Vitamin C. Sometimes we have to eat Vitamin B complex foods and drink plenty of water.
