Lotud Traditional Costume // 3 photos

Presenting the traditional costume of LOTUD.

"LOTUD" is one of the local tribes in my place. It was one branch of a hundred tribes from the "NUNUK RAGANG" main tribe. It was believed that those tribes originated in Tuaran, Sabah. Their costume is very rare; even I don't see it very often. Usually those who have their costume are inherited from their ancestors. Their accessories are very expensive, especially the one that is being inherited. You can see the golden accessories is actually being made by real gold.

Those pictures were taken during the "Unity" photography outing. Thanks to @jalagas for inviting me to join their outing. I'm quite lucky to have had the opportunity to capture this beautiful lady in a very rare costume.
