I had quite a busy weekend, but unlike usual, I had to go somewhere. On Saturday, I had to work the whole morning, but had to go out after lunch. My father and I went to the city area because we needed to buy some stuff for our store and house.
The city we live in has a port, and is also an industrial city. The following photos I'm going to share were taken as we passed by the port and TPC (Toledo Power Company) on our way home.
I was at the back of the moving tricycle while taking these, so it might be a bit shaky.

The photos above are from TPC or Toledo Power Company. It's situated on the coast. At first, I was curious why there was water from the power plant going to the sea, so I tried searching for answers.
What I came up with was that it's recycled seawater. Power plants use it to cool down their machines, and the released back into the sea.
Around this area is a mangrove protection area. There are a lot of mangrove forests on the coastal side of our city.
Now, we're entering the port area, so let me share some more photos.

The sea was very calm that day. There were barely any waves. The last time we went there, it was so windy, and there were huge waves.

On the weekends, it's open-air market day in this area. The public market is nearby, but you'll have more options every weekend. People display various fruits and vegetables from their fields... so it's usually cheaper than usual days.

The island on the opposite side of the strait is where my father's hometown is located. You can see a ship on its way to the port. It's what we usually ride when we visit my grandma. I hope to visit her soon. :)
That's it for now. I hope you enjoyed the photos even though some might be shaky. See you around!

Ehhhhh, putting an open market there is actually cool, people can go there and enjoy the sea breeze then shop afterwards. UwU
