Your thoughts are important for your mental and physical freedom

Words can go a long way to doing more good as it can do more damage, we do be wise to know how we express ours and possibly the ones we listen to as well. Words can be fearsome as it can be encouraging, both have their ways of putting us at ease and as well in discomfort. Our thoughts are made of pictorial wordings, it either rings in your head as words or you think of them in moving pictures format, it all depends on how artistic and creative one is with one's thoughts. In most cases our thoughts are of things or goals yet to be achieved or rather the imagination of how it ought to be than it is. There are many things beyond our control, ability and capacity yet it is human to handle situations differently. Our minds adjust and adapt to different situations. Some people use these differences to judge how strong one is mentally and physically.

At times one can be down mentally and all one need is just the right words of encouragement from anyone to gain motivation, likewise words can also get you down when you choose to listen to the wrong ones, like I said words goes a long way to doing more good as it can do more damage, minimalists expresses theirs wisely.

A man in his 40s celebrating his first ride not a car but a bicycle, do we call him a late bloomer or as they say...something at 40. The bicycle as used means the highest of the man's achievements. These words as expressed can hinder a lot of people’s thoughts and affect many people’s mental freedom. To those that have achieved something better than this man they will be thankful as they had done better but if the later words were used, those at the exact level as the man or below the man’s achievement (if I may) for them it is another state of mental unrest, mind battle, frustration and depression.
The logic is that, no matter the achievements small or big others might really not break a sweat at it but you did and it came through. You can always celebrate yourself if others don’t celebrate you. It is good to compare, to know your level of achievements and aim higher but don’t set unrealistic or unattainable goals for yourself. If you need your mental freedom, learn to know when things are beyond you, it is never the same as giving up but rather knowing your limit, with excessive speed one’s balance is at risk you know.

How free one is mentally is proportional to one's physical freedom. A free minded person tends to be more active physically than an occupied mind with larger thoughts especially when those thoughts are likely unrealistic. Yes, they are likely to be less active physically than those with lesser thoughts.

Daydreaming... your mind paints you the pictures of what you are expected to achieve but in a superb way that makes you more comfortable dreaming about it than working towards it. The dream skips time from you and takes you away from the physical reality of things. You enjoy the mental achievements rather than physically working towards it. These mental paintings can be over exaggerated at times that make you feel like it is the reality but in most cases unattainable.

Yes, a minimalist dream too but not about the unattainable, they are able to define their dreams so to their reality. A minimalist is more of reality than daydreaming. For instance a day dreamer can spend the millions they have never earned, featuring themselves in unrealistic luxuries but a minimalist dream not of luxuries but rather how to earn the millions rather than how to spend it when not earned.

Another link of mental and physical freedom is the **family and work stress. **Believe me you, it is enough to face one of these and be disoriented but in combination one can go hell and back. When these combinations hit you then every other thing becomes like “ you thought you have" the things you have not done at all, you will think you have done them all. Your brain and mind will start to function like they left you behind. It comes along with other packages like mood shift and anger. Once the mental state is fully occupied by stress, one's physical engagement becomes zero.

Tips;

work a plan.

Split work from family or family from work avoid combining both for your own mental freedom.

Don’t give up but always recognize when things are beyond you. You can win but can’t win all in life.

Families are precious, work is important too, avoid spending family time at work and that of work with family.

Do you know as your mental freedom dictates your physical freedom so can your physical state help your mental state too. Of course minimalists are rationalists. When you have a target with time constraints you become worried and work up. Even in the process your attention might be divided between the constraints and the work. That’s the mental state affecting your physical state. Likewise, if work is done before its deadline, possibly more than enough time, it gives one mental freedom where there is really nothing to worry about.

Tips;

Like they say a stitch in time saves time. Focus on doing the right thing at the right time to avoid getting worried or work up, both respectively affect your mental and physical freedom.

It is good to listen to people’s judgements or shared ideas/opinions about you. It just might help you grow or might keep you down, but Until you listen to Yourself than listening to what others say about you, you can’t be free mentally. for your thoughts about yourself counts too.

As well, until you engage in what you love rather than what people want for you, your physical freedom is yet at stake.
