The Journey Back to Fitness

Fitness is golden, and it's one of the keys to healthy living. For years I've neglected the need to stay fit, watch my wealth, and the like. And that's because I felt the path to healthy living is mainly eating well and taking a balanced diet alongside engaging in regular medical check-ups and getting treated when necessary. But then with time I've come to the understanding that that alone is a certain good for health, and when I realised I was gaining too much weight and it was affecting my health, I saw the need to delve into a weight loss journey, and so in 2024 that journey began.

However, after about 5 months of rigorous exercises to stay fit and also lose weight, my visits to the gym begin to decline; that's probably because I've already seen the research I was searching for and have lost significant amounts of weight. But then since I stopped about two years ago, the weight has been coming again, and so I realised this is something I must make a habit in order to keep fit and stay healthy forever.

This year and in recent months, I've returned to the gym to reinstate my fitness level, cut down excess weight and also maintain a healthy living lifestyle that isn't only about eating a balanced diet but also about eating on time and in time and, most importantly, exercising and indulging in regular fitness habits that help me in this journey.

Presently I'm engaged in different fitness exercises, although it hasn't been easy starting all over again after about a two-year break, but I'm finding my way back gradually. Taking one step at a time, such as walking, taking consistent and improved numbers of steps daily, juggling and several other exercises.
