Staying Fit Without the Gym: My Realistic Approach

I do not consider myself a fit person, and do not think so. Many people are too concerned about their health. In our office also many people regularly go for a run in the morning, and some people who regularly go to the gym. Still, some people just keep talking and do nothing, and I am one of them, but I am trying to change my habit because. whenever we start making any habit, it does take time, but as we get used to it, it becomes our daily routine, and that is what I am following these days. Now, I sleep a little early at night, and in the morning, I get up and exercise for about half an hour; this has become a part of my routine over the past few days, and today I woke up a little late; still, I exercised for half an hour. We manage to take out time for other things, but we keep postponing the important things.

I am not doing any hard exercises at the moment. I am just doing some morning exercises to keep my body fit. I am also meditating. I have also bought some equipment with the help of which I am doing some physical activities. Well, if you do any household work like sweeping and mopping, then a lot of physical activities happen in that too, and whenever I get time, I also help out with household work so that it gets done quickly. Look, staying fit does not mean that you have to lift heavy weights and do a lot of running. It is not necessary to do only this. There are many other ways through which you can stay fit. Many people do yoga and exercise. A lot of problems go away just by exercising, and if you do it regularly, then it becomes a routine, and you start enjoying it again.

I am thinking of buying a cycle from the past few months, but due to some reasons, I am not able to buy it. But I have decided that I will buy it next month, and then I will try to upload more videos of my fitness and keep this community more alive. Some users were active earlier, but right now all are inactive, but it is because of me that more and more people should join this community and go to this community. Today I travelled on foot on a trek of about 10 kilometers and enjoyed it a lot. There is a temple near us which is about 5 or 5:30 kilometers away. I decided to go there, and then I did not walk from there but on foot. I am feeling very good and I hope that I will get a good sleep today. Whenever we do any kind of physical activity, it makes a lot of difference and reaches our body, and we get a good night's sleep.

I haven't lost much weight, but I no longer find it difficult to climb and spend hours in the mountains (plus I can take great photos for my posts).
