My Actifit Report Card: September 20 2025

Hello friends am back again to submit my daily activity @actifit report and share how I spend my whole day today. As you all read my post and may be you know that I am always busy in work and I start my day with morning walk. So I want to share some thoughts about morning walk and benefits of morning walk. I usually wake up around 7.00 AM but today my eyes opened a bit early in the morning. I had read the benefits of morning walk a lot, so I decided to give it a try. I took my smart phone but I forgot to open the actifit apps but while one of my office stuff called me I talk with him and then I noticed that I am not active on @actifit. Quickly I open the @actifit and started walking and the morning was refreshing beyond imagination. A cool breeze was running across my face that took away my sleepiness the soothing sound of the birds calmed me and the greetings from the fellow walkers made me feel wonderful. Seriously it was really very good and cool day I feel when cool air touches my check. Various thoughts started entering my mind. I started wondering why I have missed this beautiful part of nature for so long. When I came back home after a walk I was feeling happy. I have seen so many benefits of this exercise in just one day. I plan to make it a part of my routine. I recommend everyone just for one day keep your laziness at bay and go out for a walk. You will surely enjoy it. After that took shower and get ready for my work and then my work started after finishing my work now it's time for evening walk coz I don't miss my evening walk I enjoy walking with friends and talking chilling and there is benifits of evening walk also. Evening walks the magical impact of taking a walk after office hours that you didn't know.Walking is a crucial part of daily routine offering numerous.

The morning might be too rushed with getting ready for work while the evening after all the day’s tasks are completed offers a more flexible time slot.
