Actifit Report – Walking in the Rainy Day
Today was a bit different because it has been raining since morning and it is still raining even now in the evening. The weather stayed cloudy the whole day, and honestly it made me feel a little lazy at first. But I still tried to stay active and not completely skip my movement.
I couldn’t go for a long outdoor walk because of the continuous rain, so most of my steps came from moving around inside the house, small chores, going up and down the stairs, and short walks whenever the rain slowed down for a few minutes. It wasn’t a perfect fitness day, but I believe imperfect action is still better than no action.
Rainy days usually make people sleepy and slow, and I felt that too, but staying a little active kept my mood better. The main goal for me is consistency, not big numbers. Even on a full rainy day, a few steps still count. 🌧️🚶‍♂️
