I hope you all had a lovely day. For me it was a tiring day as I had lot of work to do both at home as well my work as I had to integrate APIs and do some UI rewrite in the Application that I am working on.
For dinner yesterday we had a light dish or you can say curry to eat. The yellow lentil or pulse whatever you say. My mom helped me cook the lentil in the cooker first and later I added the spices and fried it to make it spicier and tastier.
Let's go through how to make it.
Do use the cooker and add lentil along with two cup of water and 1-2 tablespoon of salt as per taste. Cook on cooker until you get 1-2 whistle. It may take 5-10 minutes. Let it keep aside.
That's it you are ready with Fried lentil that you can enjoy with Wheat chappattis or Parathas as well anytime.
Talking about other things, I have been feeling low today and rested for half day and woke up late than usual. The weather is also uneasy today and making me feel discomfort.
