My Actifit Report Card: November 7 2024

Today was the 7th of November and it was a Thursday. The day started with the name of Allah. Snapchat-91381177.jpgIn the morning, when the Fajr call was being given, I would wake up at that time, I performed ablution first, then I offered the Fajr prayer, and after the Fajr prayer, I remembered Allah, which I do every day. Then I recited a few verses of the Holy Quran and along with it I read the translation in my own language so that I could understand what Allah the Almighty is saying to us. Snapchat-1159129732.jpgAfter reciting the Holy Qur'an, I would go to the courtyard of the house. At that time, the morning fresh air was blowing. I kept walking in the courtyard for some time, because the fresh air in the morning is very useful for the lungs, which refreshes the whole body.
آج نومبر کی سات تاریخ تھی اور جمعرات کا دن تھا ۔ دن کا آغاز اللہ کے نام سے کیا ۔ صبح جب فجر کی آذان ہو رہی تھی تو میں اس وقت جاگ گی میں نے سب سے پہلے وضو کیا پھر میں نے نماز فجر ادا کی نماز فجر کے بعد میں نے ذکر اللّٰہ ھو کیا جو میں ہر روز کرتی ہوں ۔ پھر میں نے قرآن مجید کی چند آیات تلاوت کیں اور ساتھ میں نے اپنی زبان میں ترجمہ پڑھا تاکہ مجھے سمجھ آسکے کہ اللّٰہ پاک ہمیں کیا فرما رہا ہے ۔ قرآن مجید کی تلاوت کے بعد میں گھر کے صحن میں گی اس وقت صبح کی تازہ ہوا چل رہی تھی کچھ دیر میں نے صحن میں چہل قدمی کرتی رہی کیونکہ صبح کے وقت تازہ ہوا پھپھڑوں کیلئے بہت مفید ہوتی ہے جو پورے جسم میں تازگی فراہم کرتے ہیں

When the sun started to rise, I was walking in the yard, then I would go to the kitchen to make breakfast. Then I cooked breakfast, first I made parathas, then I made eggs, and lastly I made tea and yogurt is also included. I do this every day. The children were still sleeping, I went and woke up the children in the bedroom. I refreshed the children and had breakfast together with the children. After breakfast, I will be busy with housework, first I washed the dishes, then I swept the house yard, then I washed the children's clothes. We have a tube well next to our house. I used to go with my daughters during the day and I took some pictures of my daughters.

جب سورج طلوع ہونے ہونے لگا تو میں صحن میں چہل قدمی کر رہی تھی پھر میں کچن میں چلی گی صبح کا ناشتہ بنانے کیلئے ۔ پھر میں نے ناشتہ پکایا میں نے سب سے پہلے پراٹھے بنائے ساتھ میں نے انڈے بنائے اور آخر میں میں نے چائے بنائی اور ساتھ دہی بھی ہوتی ہے یہ ہر روز میں کرتی ہوں ۔ بچے ابھی سو رہے تھے میں نے جا کر بچوں کو جگایا بیڈروم میں ۔ میں نے بچوں کو فریش کیا اور بچوں کے ساتھ مل کر ناشتہ کھایا ۔ آج میرے بچوں نے سکول سے چھٹی کی تھی کیونکہ بچوں کو نزلا زکام لگا ہوا تھا ۔ ناشتے کے بعد میں مصروف ہو گی گھر کے کاموں میں سب سے پہلے میں نے برتن دھوئے پھر میں نے گھر کے صحن میں جھاڑو لگایا پھر بچوں کے کپڑے دھوئے ۔ ہمارے گھر کے ساتھ ہمارا ٹیوب ویل ہے میں دن کے وقت گی اپنی بیٹیوں کے ساتھ اور میں نے اپنی بیٹیوں کی چند تصویریں بنائیں
