I am back over ten thousand steps. I'm mostly just doing chores around the house and shopping.

Our little one came down with another sickness. She picked it up at school, so I got her antibiotics today.

We visited a doctor today, and it is strep throat...

It’s amazing how quickly they can bring home bugs that run through the whole family been there done that my friend stay healthy !
