🚨 Actifit not working? Trouble publishing reports – important info for active users!

Today I was all set to share another Actifit report after an active day, but… nothing. After several failed attempts, I realized it's not just me – many users are experiencing issues with publishing Actifit reports, and the app simply isn't posting them to Hive.

I checked the “Let’s Chit Chat!” section on Actifit, and found this reply from @mcfarhat:

"Hey, yes our service provider is having issues where our posting server resides, we are waiting for resolution. Sorry for the inconvenience."

So: the issue lies with the hosting provider of the server responsible for publishing. The team is waiting for it to be resolved.

This is quite stressful for me, since I’m participating in several challenges and contests where daily reports matter – not just for points but also for consistency. I hope the organizers will be understanding, because the steps are done, the effort is real, sweat was involved… it's just the publishing that failed 😅

Let me know if you’re facing the same issue and if you’ve found any workarounds. Maybe someone from the Actifit or Hive Dev team can help us out?

Dziś miałam ogromną ochotę podsumować swój aktywny dzień kolejnym raportem Actifit, ale... nic z tego. Po kilku nieudanych próbach zorientowałam się, że problem nie dotyczy tylko mnie. Okazuje się, że wielu użytkowników ma problem z publikacją raportów Actifit, a aplikacja nie przesyła ich na Hive.

Zajrzałam do sekcji „Let's Chit Chat!” na stronie Actifit i znalazłam komentarz @mcfarhat, który potwierdza:

Czyli: problem leży po stronie dostawcy usług, a dokładnie tam, gdzie znajduje się serwer odpowiedzialny za publikację raportów. Zespół czeka na rozwiązanie sytuacji.

Dla mnie to dość istotne, bo biorę udział w kilku wyzwaniach i konkursach, w których codzienne raporty mają znaczenie – zarówno w kwestii punktacji, jak i wytrwałości. Mam nadzieję, że organizatorzy podejdą do tego ze zrozumieniem, bo chęci są, kroki są, pot się lał – tylko publikacji brak 😅

Dajcie znać, czy u Was też występuje ten problem i czy macie jakieś obejścia? A może ktoś z zespołu Actifit lub Hive Developers może nam coś doradzić?
