My Actifit Report Card: August 31 2024 : I Am Alive Challenge

Hello Amigos 😊

I humbly welcome you to My Actifit Report for Saturday, 31st August 2024.

Yes,it is the last day in the month of August wow.

Just like that, we say goodbye to August.

My day started cool and calm, I did some cleaning around the house.

Washed the toilet and bathroom, then swept and mopped the room and passage, including the kitchen.

After that I had my bath and relaxed for sometime before preparing and eating breakfast.

Then I continued resting until, I felt the need to go out for a short walk.

I didn't really walk much before walking back home.

On my way back home, I bought noodles and sachet water.

I ended my day with eating dinner and having a long chat with a friend before calling it a day 😊
