Actifit RC - July 16th '25

The Neapolitan summer has regained vigor while again a warm embrace of the African anticyclone has invaded Europe and keeps the Italian population in an oven with open doors.

Going outside is really getting more complicated with very high temperatures and humidity at the limits of tolerability and therefore this is limiting my activity outdoors.

The exception was yesterday when I managed to do 13,500 steps as I reached a friend of mine in Volla because he had invited me to get something from the bar.

On the return I went through the neighborhood as he had to go shopping at the supermarket on the course the only open during the hottest hours of the afternoon.

However, I must say that compared to two weeks ago the temperatures are a couple of degrees below those of the exceptional African wave in early July.

The other day I saw a video in which a lady from Nigeria who has now settled in Italy and became a citizen that told of the fact that in Africa it was not as hot as in our country because the temperatures were yes higher but much more bearable and on this we give reason and we were already aware of it.

In fact it called the meteorologists of our country saying but how hot African... I wish it was.

Meanwhile a magnificent sunset appeared before me at the exit out to the balcony and I in front of this wonderful vision I greet all the extraordinary pioneers of the blockchain of Hive that have come between the lines of my crypto report.

Riabbracciando l'anticiclone africano.

L'estate napoletana ha ripreso di nuovo vigore mentre di nuovo un caldo abbraccio dell'anticiclone africano ha invaso l'Europa e mantiene la popolazione italica in un forno a porte aperte.

Uscire all'esterno sta diventando veramente più complicato con altissime temperature e umidità ai limiti della sopportabilità e quindi ciò sta limitando la mia attività all'esterno.

Ha fatto eccezione la giornata di ieri in cui sono riuscito a fare 13.500 passi in quanto ho raggiunto un mio amico a Volla perché mi aveva invitato a prendere qualcosa al bar.

Al rientro sono passato per il quartiere in quanto doveva andare a fare la spesa al supermercato sul corso l'unico aperto durante le ore più calde del pomeriggio.

Devo comunque dire che rispetto a due settimane fa le temperature si mantengono un paio di gradi al di sotto di quelle dello eccezionale ondata africana di giugno inizio luglio.

L'altro giorno ho visto un video in cui una signora della Nigeria che ormai si è stabilita in Italia ed è diventata cittadina che raccontava del fatto che in Africa non facesse così caldo come nel nostro paese in quanto le temperature erano sì maggiori ma molto più sopportabili e su questo le diamo ragione e ne eravamo già consapevoli.

In effetti richiamava i meteorologi del nostro paese dicendo ma quale caldo africano... Magari lo fosse.

Nel frattempo un magnifico tramonto è comparso davanti a me all'uscita fuori al balcone ed io davanti a questa meravigliosa visione saluto tutti gli straordinari pionieri della blockchain di Hive che sono capitati tra le righe del mio cripto report.
