Actifit RC: July 11th 25, increasing workload.

The period in which the climate is very favorable for physical activity continues and I am taking advantage of it to increase my workload and therefore walk much more.

This allowed me to stabilize my weight at 88 kg after a period of growth and enough difficulty in continuing the diet due to a substantial general malaise perhaps also due to lack of sleep for various commitments.

And as I return home at dusk, I greet all the extraordinary Hive blockchain pioneers who have come to visit me between the lines of this Actifit report.

Incrementando il carico di lavoro

Continua il periodo in cui il clima è molto favorevole all'attività fisica ed io ne sto approfittando per incrementare il carico di lavoro e quindi camminare molto di più.

Ciò mi ha consentito di stabilizzare il mio peso sugli 88 kg dopo un periodo di crescita e abbastanza difficoltà nel proseguire la dieta per via di un sostanziale malessere generalizzato forse dovuto anche alla scarsità di sonno per vari impegni.

E mentre ritorno a casa all'imbrunire della sera saluto tutti gli straordinari pionieri della blockchain di Hive che sono venuti a trovarmi tra le righe di questo report Actifit.
