Actifit RC: 8th Feb '25 - The sudden sunset
An enormous anticyclone stretching from Britain to the Urals continues to push the edges of the Arctic Circle and could cause a cold air descent from Siberia threatening the milder parts of the Mediterranean.
Italy has ended in a gap between the European, African and Siberian anticyclones and the cold air infiltrations now accompany us at high altitude daily.
Today I am again traveling in the metro of Naples and I’m headed to Marano from my sister who has given me an appointment for lunch on Saturday.
The sun today has hidden behind the clouds as the day was quite cloudy and in this photo we see one of the rare moments when it managed to break through the thick cover of cloud decidedly.
Before lunch we went down to buy groceries in the market that had been set up near the town court in an area where there is a pedestrian zone.
The walls of the town have been recently refreshed and are in blood red, as seen by a large number of partisans who died in battle during World War II, whose names are inscribed on the plaque of the monument below on the right.
Later we went to the pharmacy to get our medicines because there is a large part of the affected family fallen into the jaws of the new virus that is running in this period after Christmas.
On the way home, while I was overthinking, I was surprised by a wonderful sunset while traveling in bus in the early hours of the evening and with some cunning I managed to photograph it from behind the window of the coach.
For a few moments I could not take the subway and I stopped at the bottom to take the usual photo that looked deep inland reaching the Apennines of the Campania region in the area of Benevento.
As the night lights were falling on the city I took the opportunity to say goodbye to all the extraordinary Hive blockchain pioneers who have crossed the lines of this Actifit report.

Il tramonto all'improvviso
Un enorme anticiclone che va dalla Gran Bretagna fino agli Urali continua a spingere ai bordi del circolo polare artico e potrebbe causare una discesa di aria gelida dalla Siberia minacciando le zone più miti del Mediterraneo.
l'Italia è finita in una lacuna barica tra l'anticiclone europeo, quello africano e al limite della depressione siberiana e le infiltrazioni di aria fredda ormai ci accompagnano in alta quota quotidianamente.
Oggi sono di nuovo in viaggio nella metropolitana di Napoli e sono diretto verso Marano da mia sorella che mi ha dato appuntamento per il pranzo di sabato.
Il sole oggi si è nascosto dietro le nubi in quanto la giornata è stata piuttosto nuvolosa e in questa foto vediamo uno dei rari momenti in cui è riuscito a fare breccia tra la fitta coltre di nuvolosità decisamente.
Prima di pranzare siamo scesi a fare la spesa nel mercato che era stato allestito vicino al tribunale del comune in una zona dove c'è l'isola pedonale.
Le pareti del comune sono state rinfrescate di recente e portano il colore rosso sangue come quello versato da una nutrita schiera di partigiani della città caduti in battaglia durante la Seconda Guerra mondiale i cui nomi sono riportati nella lapide del monumento in basso a destra.
In un secondo momento siamo andati alla farmacia per prendere le medicine perché c'è gran parte della famiglia influenzata caduti tra le fauci del nuovo virus che sta correndo in questo periodo dopo quello natalizio.
Al ritorno a casa, mentre ero sovrappensiero, sono stato sorpreso da un meraviglioso tramonto mentre viaggiavo in autobus nelle prime ore della Sera e con un po' di astuzia sono riuscito a fotografarlo da dietro al vetro della finestra del pullman.
Per qualche istante non sono riuscito a prendere la metropolitana e mi sono fermato in fondo per scattare la solita foto che guardava in profondità verso l'entroterra raggiungendo gli Appennini della regione Campania nella zona di Benevento.
Mentre le luci della notte calavano sulla città io coglievo l'occasione per salutare tutti gli straordinari pionieri della blockchain di Hive capitati tra le righe di questo report Actifit.
