
Today was supposed to be a day to recover from yesterday's ride but with a busy family life it can be difficult to do so! π«.
So, with school runs and shopping to do, the step count goes up and up. π€£.
That is okay as long as the body is not sending too many warning signals. The legs were a bit sore but they eased towards evening.
Time to plan the next ride me thinks! I enjoyed yesterday's ride so much that I can't stop looking at the map to plan the next one. π
In this heat though, hydration is so important. I took three litres of water with me but only used half of it. I felt good, and getting out early was a great strategy.
