
10k steps is a good target for a daily routine. It can be achieved easily with just a couple of ten minute walks, plus other general activities for the day like a little shopping or something similar.
I would like to get there every day but life sometimes has other ideas! 😫. Especially as we age, but keeping active is very important, perhaps even more so because being inactive in older age can mean muscle loss at an accelerated rate. 😮
I'm not intending to let that happen!
