Browsing around the Brighton Lanes : Actifit Report Card: April 20 2026

Another chilly but sunny day began with a short drive to Brighton to take a browse around the famous Lanes. A very popular destination for anyone visiting Brighton.

With very narrow streets, it is a pleasure to walk around without any worry of vehicles including the noise! 😄. It has to be said, there are a lot of jewellers here. You can find several in a row on the same street. Verry odd! I'm surprised they can make any profit at all. But they obviously do 🤔.

There are also many pubs and bars to be found, all with their own special character. A great place to spend summer evenings with friends.

Their are also many narrow alley ways between buildings, hardly space to pass by another person.

I must mention the parking though. These days it can be quite expensive parking anywhere and this area is no different.

We enjoyed the visit today even with the chilly breeze. We sat outside one of the pubs out of the wind in the sunshine and it was very pleasant ineed. Cheers! 🍻
