Cold snap ahead! : My Actifit Report Card: February 25 2026

We had another pleasantly mild day today, that's two days in a row, quite a change from the winter blues.

I have read that it could all change again as we head into March. A cold snap is coming! 🥶.

The saying goes 'beware the ides of March' well we haven't even started the month yet so I guess it's a no brainer!

The other side of the coin though, is that March is the first month of spring, which sounds good to say. I think I will stick to the latter thought and take an optimistic slant on it. 😂
