My Actifit Report Card: February 5 2026
A few steps a day go a long way! It doesn't matter how far you go, rather the fresh air and to stretch the legs a bit. That works wonders on the mind as well as the body.
Of late it has been difficult to avoid getting wet but that does not stop me going out. We simply have to face it sometimes anyway, like daily shopping or school runs, etc.
I just wish for some dry conditions. Freezing conditions with clear skies would be ok or a bit, just long enough to get into spring then when the sun is stronger we usually get a longer dry spell. If it is anything like last year, we will ge a very dry April and May, which dried up the woodland tracks like concrete! 😅
