My Actifit Report Card: October 3 2025
Right now, sweeping across the UK, we have a named storm. Storm Amy, to be precise.
I didn't pay enough attention to the weather forecast and got caught out in the rain as it started to really rain heavily. I left home while it was still dry to walk to my local health centre to get my flu jab. Not long after I left, the first signs of rain appeared, which quickly got much worse.
My jacket was not up to the job either, and I soon felt the rain soaking through to my skin.
Never mind, at least I got my @actifit steps in!
