My Actifit Report Card: July 7 2025
Today was a mixed bag in more ways than one!
Firstly, the weather started very cool and dull. By the afternoon, it had improved substantially to include warm sunshine 🌞. Not the heat that we enjoyed a week ago but pleasant nonetheless.
Secondly, our family duties included looking after some of our grandchildren, one in the morning, then another in the afternoon! 😲
The weather improved for the late afternoon, so we went for a walk with our granddaughter, which was nice.
