My Actifit Report Card: February 10 2025
We have some beautiful countryside in England. I am lucky enough to live outside of London where there are many areas of natural beauty, including our town parks. Even in winter, nature is the place to be! I love it!
I usually cycle out on my mountain bike but it is sometimes nice to walk the route. You see things that can be missed when cycling. I suppose it is the speed and concentration that can be distracting.
Roll on spring and some warmer conditions.
