My Actifit Report Card: January 6 2025
Another car load goes to the tip. I can't believe how much trash we generate. An old bed, complete with mattress, bedding, pillows. Old cardboard boxes, electricals, and plastic items. It is very good to get rid of it, but hard work.
Being indoors most of the day sorting out items to chuck out is ok when it's cold outside, as it was today. But i still managed to clock up a good step total, probably walking to the car and back to load all the rubbish 😄.
