Sunday recap 🌞🏐 - My Actifit Report Card: July 21 2025

Hey dear actifitters and readers,

here is my Actifit report about my Sunday activities. The app didn't track all of my steps but at least I reached over 5k steps. I 😀

After having breakfast and recovering from hangover I went to the beachvolleyball field for some matches.

We stopped playing until rain came up and the players on bikes left the place.

I had a drink and a cigarette on my own in front of the club house.

To be correct the steps in this report are from yesterday as I didn't manage to finish this report yesterday. 😊

The whole afternoon was rainy and I watched Tour de France on TV

Later I went to a Thai restaurant to save cooked food from being thrown away.

I got four dishes chicken curry with rice.

Back home we witnessed the last sunbeams though the window.

Monday was about organizing this week and getting ready for the trip to my parents.
