My Actifit Report Card: April 9 2026

Hello good evening guys!
Thank God it's Friday... It's another weekend again almost hard to believe it's already a week after easter, the week just breezed pass.
I got 10k steps from walking outdoors, almost three months in and I can say it's turning to an habit already, the walk are now more fun as the day passes. I feel stronger, generally better, if not for how long it takes to complete the ten thousand steps, I would have liked to up the steps to like 15k and then 20k, during the week I got 18k steps on a day, but I was so exhausted and I couldn't post, I slept before the reset, I woke up an hour later and couldn't post it agsin.

How's our preparations for the weekend going?
For me I'm just glad the English premier league is back, although it's been a lot of mixed feelings as an arsenal fan losing to championship side Southampton and crashing out of two domestic cups in quick succession. The positive now is the fact that we were able to bounce back against sporting cp during the week and we got a 1 nil win in a stadium they (sporting ) hasn't lost in all season... That's 1 leg already into the semi and the way it's looking we might get atl Madrid in the semis. As for the Premier league, we are playing Bournemouth tomorrow, early kick off around 12:30 West African time. We got some news of some players returning, but some are still on the sidelines, the like of saka and odegaard are a doubt for tomorrow game, I hope we win and extentd t the lead at the top of the table to 12points it'll be really good to see arsenal win the title after more than 20 years.
