My Actifit Report Card: February 28 2026

Good day guys!
Happy Sunday and happy new month!
Here to post my report from yesterday, got around 12k steps yesterday. And I'll be doing some reflections on the year below.
I made a decision earlier this year to get better in some major areas of my life where I have been lacking... Loose excess weight, get stronger mentally and make better financial choices.
Can't believe two month is gone already, the year moves really fast hours turns to days, days turns to weeks, weeks turn to months and voila two months is gone already.
I actually have no regrets on the contrary I'm glad I started a lot of things that's already been on my mind for a while now.
Regarding weight loss, I've been working on my diet and making sure I complete ten thousand (10k) steps daily and Actifit has been a great tool to track my steps, 18:6hours fasting where I fast for 18hours and eat during the 6 hours window. I this year weighing 97kg and with consistency I've been able to get that down to 90kg.
On mental strength I'll say the stronger the body the better the mind, I believe they are somehow interwoven, but I've been reading more this days and currently practising meditations.
And lastly on better financial choices, I've been exploring hive and I've been putting in some extra money I get. Today I'll be joining the power up monthly challenge by powering up 1001 hive to my account. I'll make a post on that later. And I've also been exploring my local stock exchange market, currently just learning a thing or two, I haven't really dabble in with lots funds. I'll be talking more about these things in future posts. Thanks for reading.
