My Actifit Report Card: June 15 2026

Hello Actifiters and happy Monday! It's the start of another work week. Today’s activity came mostly from walking around the office area. The first day back at work is often busy and involves catching up on emails and attending meetings, I made sure to stay active by taking regular walks throughout the day. Moving around the office and taking short breaks to walk around outside helped me do more than 5,000 activity points. Simple habits like choosing to walk instead of staying seated all day can make a big difference.

Overall, it was a great start to the week. Reaching my 5K+ activity goal through consistent walking was a nice achievement and I hope to maintain my activities as the week progresses with more steps and healthy habits.
