Yesterday I went after my late shift directly into the gym. 2 h before the close.
It was back, shoulders and bizeps day. I see the app didn't count all the activity for some reason. That's a bummer.
At the end I went to the stair climb machine for 20 min.
55 floors in 20 minutes.
At the top you see the food I made today. Pasta, chicken, zucchini and red pesto.
Now I'm sitting in the night shift. I hope you all have a good night.
