My Actifit Report Card: September 20 2026

Liverpool boss Andoni Iraola returned to his former stumping ground the Vitality Stadium for the first time after his departure to join the Reds. He was warmly received, however tht Cherries frustrated him and almost got the desired goal for a winner.

However, Swedish marksman Alexander Isak prodded home from close range to give Liverpool a narrow win over Bournemouth heading into the international break. That goal is now Isak's fourth Premier League goal of the season.

It was a feast of goals at the Etihad where Manchester City played against Sunderland. An eight-goal thriller which saw Brian Brobbey scoring a hat trick in the process. The Black Cats pushed City althrough the day even though they lost (5-3) against City.

It is now five wins from five in the league for Manchester City which has seen them go three points clear at the top of the Premier League table heading into the international break.

Hmnnnnn, I saved this for the last. Manchester United needed a Matheus Cunha's deflected strike to earn a point at Craven Cottage. Expectations were high with United having lost two matches in a row at home. So a win was expected. But they ended up picking a point against Fulham thus denying the Cottagers a first Premier League win of the season.
