My Actifit Report Card: July 29 2026

Today's rain 🌧️☔ was second to none this week. It started as early as 7 am local time.and lasted till 1:35pm. Most people have to resume their day quite easy.

I was drenched by the rain because it beat me in the morning and later in the day.

Nigerian women lost scandalously to their Malawian counterpart (3-0) in the ongoing WAFCON championship.
