My Actifit Report Card: July 12 2026
When news had it that Manchester United had signed Atalanta FC midfielder Ederson, I was happy that at least United is now prioritizing that area of their team. But news coming in this weekend which suggests that the seal is off with the aforesaid player failing his medicals prior to his official announcement as a United player, worried me so much. United again, I said. But luckily they have been smart about it heir transfer business this term as they have plucked Andrey Santos from rivals Chelsea as well as Youri Tielemans from Aston Villa. Those are proven premier league players too.
England vs Argentina on the one hand and France vs Spain are the two world cup semi final matches we are looking up to. Will the Argentine national football men's team keep riding the wave and surmount the Three Lions of England? That will be interesting to watch.
Similarly, the only remaining team among the quartet I was rooting for to lift the trophy will be facing a tricky and more fancied team in the semi final. That team is no other than France. Their pairing with Spain has made me jittery as I really want them to get to tht finals and potentially win. Am sure that Kylian Mbappe and current baloon D'or winner - Ousmane Dembele will propel them to victory.
