My Actifit Report Card: June 28 2026
Just as they began the first match in this year's World Cup, South Africa also began the first match of the FIFA World Cup - Last 32 against Canada. Despite losing home advantage, co-hosts Canada defeated South Africa to move into the last 16 of the World Cup for the first time.
In a match that is bereft of clear-cut chances Canada showed up when it mattered most - barely two minutes of added time to score the winning goal.of the game. That was when South Africa woke up in search of an equalizer. But by then, it was too little too late for them.
The next round of 32 game will be between Brazil vs Japan. Let's see how that one will pan out too.
