My Actifit Report Card: May 30 2026
Greetings my friends and all lovers of physical activities all over the world. Welcome to my Actifit Report for saturday the 30/5/2026. Just a day to go for us to say goodbye to the month of May. Have you achieved all your set targets for the month of May? For me, I can't say for sure.
The finals of the Uefa Champions League took place on Saturday between reigning champions PSG and the newly crowned EPL champions Arsenal. The match lived up to its pre-match billing and the fans enjoyed what was served on them on the night.
But I can't say for sure for Arsenal fans. It was indeed a night to forget for them as their set target could not materialise on the night. Having led by (1-0) in just 6 minutes of the first half through a Kai Harverts goal, Arsenal were attacking and defending in droves until the second half when a silly clanger on Khvicha Kvaratskhelia by Kai Havertz led to the referee awarding PSG a penalty which Ousmane Dembele wasted no time to convert.
From then henceforth, it was PSG all the way. But they couldn't break down a stubborn Arsenal defense which dragged the game to extra time and then to penalties. Gabriel Magalhães however skied the decisive spot kick to hand PSG a second successive champions league crown.
