Lucky Spin! Facing 'Al The Mountain' in Splinterlands’ Rare Pit Fight Challenge

In my previous post I talked about the new section added by @splinterlands team i.e. Lux's Favor or you may say a free wheel spin. It rewards people for login daily on site irrespective of paying the game, on other side it encourage the players to login daily on site. Players get the chance to win rewards like Spark token (which are newly added token in Splinterlnds ecosystem), Frontier energy (to play more frontier mode battles), skin/items and a rarest reward which is Pit Fight Challenge. Do not forget that maintaining the streak in wheel spin is also rewarding as you will get extra bonuses. In the below screenshot you can clearly see that their are total 24 slots on wheel and only one slot for Pit Fight Challenge, which means 4.17% percentage winning chance.
Recently I got luck and get a chance to participate in Pit Fight Challenge.
I was super excites as I was seeing this first time and also not seen any post on same, I guess its very rare to get that is the reason people do not get chance to post about same. Lets see what we get inside a Pit Fight Challenge.
Along with Pit Challenge received sparks also (check the above screenshot). I was not able to find any tab where I can check the Spark history. If anyone know please let me know in the comment section and do not forget to login daily to try your luck with free spin.
Pit Fight Challenge
Once you get the chance of Pit Challenge you have to complete the fight in defined time so it comes with two day expiry and clock shows the time remaining to participate.
In the above screenshot, you can see a timer highlighter in rectangle 1. I decided to participate immediately as I was too much curios to know more about same. Their are three modes available to play which varies from Easy to Hard, the rewards are also based on the option players choose to battle. The Spark token rewards varies form 250 to 1000 Sparks, the higher rewards are 4x then the lower rewards. I decide to go with easy mode as I was playing for the firsts time.
Pit Fight Challenge is like Boss fighting, team battle against the Boss. It was 99 mama battle and the AL THE MOUNTAIN with two speed, 4 Melee attack, 5 shield, 42 health was ready for fight (along with two abilities).
I choose the Water team against the AL THE MOUNTAIN as water team is one of the strongest team in Foundation series. Below is the screenshot shows my team lineup.
After the end of round 1, the AL THE MOUNTAIN lost the 13 health and 5 shield.
After the end of round 2 AL THE MOUNTAIN lost 13 more health and my first line up cards was also getting exhausted.
At the end of round 3 AL THE MOUNTAIN was left with 3 healt only and unfortunately I also lost my fist card.
The battle was ended in round 4 it self as AL THE MOUNTAIN lost all the health and I was still holding my five cards.
As a reward received the 250 Sparks. Next time when I will get the chance will try the hard mode.
Following three Legendary Cards (form Neutral, Death and Water splinter) pulled form previous season loot chests. Kulu Matermind looks awesome and Drybone Raider looks dangerous. Waiting for Gold Foil Legendary.
Rental Earnings
Rental earning are not good as most of the cards has been moved to lands. This season the rental is almost zero. Card are more productive on lands in my opinion.
In last season earned56 DEC token as Rental Income using the Splex.gg.
