Good day Hivers, for this blog, I want to share to you my morning routine before taking my breakfast- and that is making a fresh fruit juice.
For today, I made a combination of cucumber, carrot and apple for my juice. Based from my researched "cucumber contains essential vitamins and minerals like vitamin K, potassium and magnesium which contribute to bone health, blood pressure regulation and immune support". "Carrots offer benefits for eye health, heart health, immune function and digestion". And "apples offer numerous health benefits, due to their high fiber and antioxidant content and a lot more". Upon knowing all these things through my research, I am very eager to try because I wanted also to share it to my family members specially my mother.
Ingredients:
2 medium size cucumber
4 small size apple
1 small size carrot
Procedures:
I prefer not to use sugar or any sweetening products. It's all natural and organic. It's very nutritious and safe to drink.
How about the taste?
I would say, it's perfect! The taste was so good. Aside from that, the benefits of the fruits were there, that made your body active. That's how I feel after drinking it. The good thing also was I can share it to my nephew, older sister and mother.
According to my research, "people drink fruit juice before breakfast to get a quick boost of vitamins and to stimulate appetite due to its organic acids and enzymes".
Again, it's up to us when are we going to drink it. It depends on you.
